Characteristics:
Concrete spraying machines (shotcrete machines) are designed for spraying concrete mixes and refractory concrete using the dry method, where the mix is only moistened at the moment of spraying. The main advantages of this technology are the thorough compaction of the concrete and high strength. It enables spraying over long distances — up to 300 m horizontally and 100 m vertically.
Applications:
Shotcrete machines are used to reinforce the surfaces of engineering structures, tunnel linings, and the renovation of concrete structures, as well as in the metallurgical and chemical industries for spraying refractory materials. They can also be used to transport bulk materials.
Advantages:

weight– quick completion of work without the need to clean the machine–
ability to transport concrete over long distances (up to 300 m horizontally, 100 m vertically)
