Refunds
§1. Right to withdraw from the contract
- The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of taking possession of the goods.
- The statement of withdrawal may be submitted on the form available on the external website or in another unambiguous form.
§2. Rules for returning goods
- The return of goods shall be at the expense of the Buyer.
- The Seller does not accept cash on delivery (COD) shipments.
- The goods should be returned in properly secured packaging.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods packed in packaging that is damaged when opened, making it impossible to reuse or resell them.
Complaints
§1. Complaints policy
- The buyer may report defects in the goods within the time limit specified by law.
- Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically to the following address:
