Policy 1. The owner and administrator of the speed-bud.pl website is Speed-Bud Sp. z o. o., ul. Z.M. Przesmyckiego 31-33, 51-151 Wrocław, TAX ID number: 8952292250
2. Whenever the following terms are used below:
•    data controller – this refers to Speed-Bud Sp. z o. o.
• data processing – this refers to any operations performed on personal data, such as: collection, recording, storage, compilation, modification, sharing and deletion,
•    data deletion – this means the destruction of personal data or such modification that does not allow the identity of the data subject to be established,
•    consent of the data subject – this means a statement of will, the content of which is consent to the processing of personal data of the person making the statement,
3. By registering in the Online Shop speed-bud.pl, the Customer simultaneously agrees to the inclusion of their personal data in the Shop's database and to its processing for marketing purposes.
4. Failure to consent to the processing of personal data makes it impossible to fulfil the Customer's order.
5. The Customer's personal data is protected in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883) in a manner that prevents access by third parties.
6. The data controller ensures that personal data is processed in accordance with the law, that it is collected for specified, lawful purposes, that it is factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
7. The controller ensures adequate security of access to the data set and obliges persons employed in the processing of personal data to keep it confidential.
8. The data entrusted to the data controller is used solely for the purpose of performing the contract and for informing about new products, services and promotions offered by the Shop.
9. Personal data is not made available to other entities for marketing purposes, nor is it transferred, sold or lent to other persons or institutions.
10. After registration, each Customer has the right to access their data, change it and delete it.
11. At the request of the Customer to whom the data relates, the data controller is obliged, within 30 days, to provide information about the personal data contained in the collection, the manner in which it was collected, the purpose and scope of its processing, the scope and to whom it has been made available. At the request of the person to whom the information relates, the information shall be provided in writing.
12. The deletion of personal data by the website administrator does not require the consent of the person to whom it relates.
13. THE WEBSITE DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT ANY INFORMATION, EXCEPT FOR INFORMATION CONTAINED IN COOKIES.
14. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are intended for use on the Website's pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.
15. The entity that places cookies on the end device of the website user and obtains access to them is the website operator Speed-Bud Sp. z o. o., Z.M. Przesmyckiego 31-33, 51-151 Wrocław.

• to adapt the content of the Website to the User's preferences and to optimise the use of the website; in particular, these files allow the Website User's device to be recognised and the website to be displayed accordingly, tailored to their individual needs;

•    maintaining the Website User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on every subpage of the Website;
17. The Website uses two basic types of cookies: "session"  and "persistent" cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until they log out, leave the website or turn off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
18. The Website uses the following types of cookies:
•    "necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the Website;
• cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication on the Website;
•     "functional" cookies, enabling the "remembering" of settings selected by the User and personalisation of the User's interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User originates, font size, website appearance, etc.;
•    "advertising" cookies, enabling the delivery of advertising content to Users that is more tailored to their interests.

These settings can be changed in particular to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform the Website User each time they are placed on their device. 20. The Website Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website's web pages.
    Cookies placed on the Website User's end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Website operator.
21. Third parties place information in the form of cookies and other similar technologies on your end device (e.g. computer, smartphone) and access them on our websites. These are our trusted partners with whom we constantly cooperate in order to tailor the advertisements on our and their websites to your needs and interests, as well as the services provided by us and our trusted partners.
22. The Shop Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy.
