COLLOMIX AOX rotary mixer

The AOX-S is a compact, highly professional stationary mixer. Years of experience by Collomix engineers have resulted in a virtually maintenance-free machine with the lowest failure rates. All machine components: motors, gearboxes, frame and controls are manufactured in Germany.

A 1.1 kW motor drives the mixer (included in KR and DLX) and the tank, causing it to rotate in the opposite direction to the mixer. The edge scraper ensures that not a single lump of mortar remains at the bottom or edges of the bucket. This arrangement allows even the most difficult mortars to be mixed in the shortest possible time without any maintenance.

The operator can perform other tasks at the same time, so the use of an automatic mixer also reduces labour costs.

Two types of mixers are included in the set:

• KR 160 – characterised by high shear forces, designed for mixing sealants, adhesives, joints, plastering and masonry mortars, fillers, etc.
• DLX 140 – ideal for mixing large quantities of liquid and semi-liquid compounds (paints, adhesives, coatings, resins, fillers

The mechanical components of the gearbox are protected by lubricants that have been previously tested by the automotive industry. Its gears are made with perfect precision from corrosion-resistant tool steel. The machine operates quietly and smoothly thanks to its precisely refined mechanisms. The noise level does not interfere with work performed right next to the mixer.
