Strong-Tech M8 peristaltic pump
The Strong-Tech M8 peristaltic pump is used to pump liquid and paste-like materials, such as grout, surface plasters with a grain size of up to 2.5 mm, paints, emulsions, vapour barriers, concrete bonding bridges, decorative coatings and others.
How it works:
Strong-Tech M8 uses a completely new pumping technology. Three patents relate to this machine, which has universal application in application technology. The material is picked up using peristaltic technology (similar to the phenomenon of felting). This principle is also comparable to swallowing. The principle of transport is therefore taken from nature.
Characteristics:
Each pumped material is transported much more gently. This means that it is not crushed, ground, etc. Lower pressure in the delivery lines and universal application for almost all materials are the most important advantages. Thanks to the gentler transport of the material, operating costs are significantly reduced (by approx. 30-40%).
Scope of application:
The Strong-Tech M8 peristaltic pump is used to pump liquid and paste-like materials, such as: structural plasters up to 2.5 mm, silicate resins, joint mortars, thermal insulation, insulating pastes, porous cement coatings, fillers, bentonites, cement grouts, primers, quartz paints, bituminous coatings, fireproof coatings, soundproof coatings, GOTELE spray wallpapers, acoustic plasters, reinforcing and mineral fillers, joints (grouts).
