Counter-rotating mixers (cyclone mixers) are used for mixing dry, wet and moist mixtures. Their main advantage is the extremely thorough mixing of individual ingredients in a very short time (the mixing speed is 4–5 times higher than in the case of a conventional drum mixer), resulting in a very high quality mixture.

APPLICATION:

Counter-rotating mixers are most often used to prepare refractory mixtures for the lining of open-hearth furnaces, heating boilers, coke oven batteries, chimneys and equipment used in the chemical industry. In the construction industry, mixers can be used to mix a wide range of construction materials, such as plaster, injection and renovation mixtures. The counter-rotating mixer is also suitable for industrial mixing of mixtures, where the material is processed in individual batches.
