dryer SSB 14.1 DUO - FILAMOS
The "SSB" series concrete spraying machines (shotcrete machines) are designed for spraying concrete mixes and refractory concrete using the so-called dry method. In the DUO version, the output is regulated by means of an electrical switch - 2 speeds.
SSB 14.1 DUO shotcrete machine - FILAMOS
The SSB 14 concrete spraying machine achieves a theoretical output of 0.5–3 m³/hour. and is designed for smaller-scale work, such as renovation and repair of concrete structures, sealing, joining, consolidation spraying, repair of open-hearth furnace linings, boilers and coke oven batteries. In the DUO version, the capacity is regulated by an electric switch - 2 speeds.
Shotcrete machines are designed for spraying concrete and refractory concrete mixtures using the so-called dry method, whereby the mixture is only moistened at the moment of spraying. The main advantage of this spraying technology is the thorough compaction of the concrete mass, resulting in high concrete strength. Another important advantage is the ability to operate from a long distance, which allows the concrete mixture to be applied in hard-to-reach places (up to 300 metres horizontally and up to 100 metres vertically).
Application:
The "SSB" series shotcrete machines are primarily used to reinforce surfaces on engineering construction sites, during the construction of water divisions, to encase tunnel and corridor vaults in underground construction, and to renovate concrete structures. Another important area in which concrete spraying machines are used is the metallurgical and chemical industry, where they are used to spray refractory materials. Shotcrete machines can also be used to transport bulk materials in glass and ironworks.
The machine's performance can be adjusted by:
- changing the speed using a switch - DUO version
- mechanically via a continuously variable transmission pulley - STANDARD version
- using the stepless transmission control knob - COM-V version
- remote control via an inverter - COM-F version
- using an air motor control valve - COM-A version.
Technical parameters:
- Capacity *) [m³/hour]: 0.5-3
- Air consumption at a transport length of 40 m **) [m³/min]: 2-5
- Air pressure [MPa]: 0.5-0.6
- Electric motor power [kW]: 1.35/1.87
- Connection to the power supply: 3× PEN 400 V
- Supply hose diameter [mm]: DN = 40
- Grain size of the material supplied: max. 16 mm
- Horizontal transport length [m]: max. 300
- Transport height [m]: max. 100
- Length [mm]: 1000
- Width [mm]: 780
- Height [mm]: 980
- Weight (without accessories) [kg]: 300.
ACCESSORIES (not included in the price of the machine):
- extension hose - 20 m
- end hose with nozzle - 20 m
- 3/4'' water hose - 25 m
- sealing plate - 3 pieces
- spray nozzle cap - 2 pieces.
Advantages:
- easy to operate thanks to the low weight of the machine
- belt drive preventing damage to the drive in the event of sudden machine stoppage
- quick and easy completion of work without the need for complicated cleaning of the machine
- possibility of transporting concrete over long distances and to inaccessible places (distance up to 300 m, height up to 100 m)
- long service life of critical parts (sealing plate and dosing drum) thanks to the use of central lubrication
- low operating costs.
*) These are theoretical values. Actual performance depends on the type and composition of the mixture being transported, its moisture content, the transport distance, the amount and pressure of compressed air, and the diameter of the supply hoses.
**) Air consumption data are approximate values only and depend on the current capacity of the machine, the transport length and the diameter of the supply hoses.
