Concrete chemical dosing pump – FILAMOS DC200

The chemical dosing pump is used for spraying concrete using both the dry (gunite) and wet (shotcrete) methods. It is a peristaltic pump, driven by an electric motor, and is equipped with an inverter which allows for very precise adjustment of parameters. The pump has a built-in display showing the set flow rate. The unit is fitted with a pressure switch which switches off the motor when the pressure limit is reached, e.g. when the flow is shut off at the spray gun, and automatically restarts when the pressure drops. It is used, amongst other things:

• in wet spraying to accelerate curing, which also allows for the application of thicker layers
• in both methods – for dispensing chemicals that enable operation at lower temperatures.
