Injection pump - BAPRO ONE INJECTIONS

The specialised BAPRO ONE INJECTIONS mixer-pump is a high-performance machine for filling the space between the geothermal probe and the wall of the borehole drilled for heat pump installations. The design of the machine and the technical solutions used guarantee trouble-free, simple and, at the same time, maximum safety of operation. The dimensions and weight of the machine ensure easy and convenient transport. The advantage of using the machine is its high performance combined with low operating costs. The idea is to continuously mix the grout correctly and then pump it under pressure through hoses into the injection pipe. The right amount of grout, together with our machine, is able to fill the hole completely, displacing the remaining drilling fluid. Each time the appropriate type of material is delivered to the dry material hopper, it is automatically collected and delivered to the mixing zone with water. The machine ensures continuous mixing in the correct proportion of material to water. The density of the grout is adjustable thanks to the use of a water meter with a precise scale, which allows us to obtain the desired properties of the grout. The ready-mixed grout is pumped through hoses to the injection pipe at the bottom of the hole.

A specially designed BAPRO SIŁA MAX screw pump is used to generate the pressure required for the grout pumping process. Some time after pumping, the actual grout setting process begins. The basis for achieving the desired parameters is to obtain optimal properties at the grout preparation stage. The easy grout preparation process and excellent grout pumping capabilities guarantee proper execution and ensure uniform filling of the hole.
