Graco XP70 paint sprayer

The unit is designed to pump, mix and spray high-viscosity coatings with high solid content while ensuring the best results. The design of the XP70 allows for gravity feeding of material, which can eliminate the need for feed pumps, reducing costs. The GRACO XP sprayer is an investment that reduces the cost of work by reducing the amount of cleaning solvent used and reducing material waste. An additional advantage is the very precise feeding of material by positive displacement pumps.

Application:

The GRACO XP 70 multi-component sprayer is the ideal solution for those who use a variety of materials in their work. Changing the mixing ratio is very simple and only requires replacing one or two bottom pumps. The following mixing ratios are available: 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1. The XP 70 is widely used in the railway industry, shipbuilding, the chemical industry, sewage treatment plants, for painting pipes and pipelines, for painting bridges, for roofing, for applying insulating coatings, in steel structures, etc. The materials used include: epoxy primers, materials with medium and high solid content, water-based and solvent-based materials, fast-curing materials and many others.
