AR100 VOLANTE CMC 98:2 chemospray road marking machine with intermittent line system

AR100 VOLANTE is an efficient, self-propelled road marking machine using airless or chemospray (98:2) technology, designed for applying road markings. The machine is designed for the application of both 1k and 2k acrylic paints (chemically curable paints). Its construction (500 kg), hydraulic drive and hydraulically controlled swivel front wheel ensure high precision of operation.

Automatic broken line system

The machine is equipped with an electronic spacing module, which enables:

• automatic painting of broken lines,
• adjustment of the length of the painted section,
• adjustment of the gap between segments,
• repeatability of markings in accordance with road standards,
• control from the operator panel.

The system significantly increases work efficiency and eliminates errors resulting from manual control of the spray gun.
