TITAN 50 mesh white finger filter

The left-hand thread prevents unscrewing when removing the handle for cleaning and replacement. For use with Titan LX-80 and L-70 airless spray guns and as a pump filter for TITAN 450, 650 and 750 units.

Matching the filter density to the nozzle size:

• Finishing - 150 mesh filter (red)
• 0.011 - 0.013" - 100 mesh filter (yellow)
• 0.015 - 0.019" - 50 mesh filter (white)
• 0.021 - 0.025" - 30 mesh filter (green)

These minimise the possibility of nozzle clogging and optimise the finish quality. The size of the filter is determined by its mesh number. The denser the mesh, the more filtered the material will be. It is recommended to use smaller filters (100, 200 mesh) for materials with lower viscosity, larger filters (60 mesh) for denser materials such as latex paints, and (30 mesh) for very dense materials such as fillers and fire-retardant paints.
