100 mesh AIRLESSCO pump filter

Pump filter for painting units: AIRLESSCO and GRACO (older type): ULTRA-MAX, MARK V and SURE STRIPE and LINE LAZER road painters. The use of filters prevents dirt or contaminants from entering the spray system. They minimise the possibility of nozzle clogging and optimise the quality of the finish. The size of the filter is determined by its mesh number. The denser the mesh, the more filtered the material will be. It is recommended to use smaller filters (100, 200 mesh) for lower viscosity materials, larger filters (60 mesh) for denser materials such as latex paints, and (30 mesh) for very dense materials such as fillers and fire-retardant paints.
