Aerator - ROTOMIX KALETA

The ROTOMIX type D KALETA aerator is a turbine that acts as a mixer, aerating the material coming out of the pump. It replaces the standard yoke (pump base). It requires the use of a rotor with a blade that drives the aerator turbine.

APPLICATION:

• Lightweight gypsum plasters
• Renovation plasters with perlite or polystyrene
• Scraped/sanded plasters
• Adhesive mortars
• Mortars for filling door frames
• Self-levelling liquid screeds.

HOW IT WORKS:

Larger air bubbles formed in the mortar are broken up in an additional mixer, which helps to stabilise the material. As a result, the bubbles do not burst when the mortar is extruded from the nozzle. This ensures greater flexibility and higher mortar efficiency. As a result of intensive additional mixing, the mortar is free of any lumps, which guarantees easy, quick and even application. Intensive additional mixing allows the beneficial properties of the aggregate to be fully revealed. It is possible to optimally utilise the effects of water combining with gypsum. This results in a smooth, elastic mortar in the form of ready-made gypsum plaster, characterised by good elastic properties. The use of an additional mixer contributes to increased mortar efficiency in almost all cases.

• D6-3 rotor with paddle - for plasters
• D8-1.5 rotor with paddle for screeds and floor screeds.
