We offer several methods of payment for purchases in our shop. The most convenient method of payment is electronic payment via Przelewy24. By choosing online prepayment or cash on delivery, we guarantee the fastest order processing. In the case of payment by regular bank transfer, we process the order only after the payment has been credited to our account. This usually takes 1 to 2 working days.
• Regular bank transfer – payments should be made to the bank account number provided in the order confirmation email. You can make the transfer online, at the post office or at your bank. Once the payment has been credited to our account, our staff will begin processing your order.

• Electronic payment (Przelewy24) – a convenient and secure way to make a payment online. Our shop uses the dotPay system, to which you will be redirected to make your payment.
• Leasing – the option to place an order in the form of leasing. We work with Leaselink – a fast and advantageous leasing offer.
• Cash on delivery – payment for the item must be made in cash in the presence of the courier in the case of cash on delivery. You can also make a payment in person (in cash) at our company's headquarters.
Orders placed in our shop are shipped from Monday to Friday. All orders that have been paid for and accepted before 12:00 noon are shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 12:00 noon are shipped on the next working day. All orders are delivered by courier. We offer the option of cash on delivery, with payment made to the courier upon delivery. The approximate delivery time is one working day, but the exact delivery time depends on the carrier.
All parcels are securely packed in cardboard boxes to protect them from damage during transport. After dispatching the parcel, we provide the customer with the parcel number and the name of the carrier, so that the parcel can be tracked during transport. This makes it easy to contact the courier and arrange the exact date and time of collection. If you wish to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Department, as for security reasons, only we can change the delivery address with the courier.
All shipments are sent from our warehouse in Poland. Within Poland, we deliver our products via DPD and INPOST courier companies. For international shipments, please contact our Customer Service Department to determine the cost of shipping and the approximate delivery date.
In addition to the option of purchasing products and receiving them via courier, we also offer you the option of ordering goods and collecting them at our headquarters. You can pay for products collected at our headquarters by bank transfer before collection or in cash on site. Please note that the funds must be credited to our account before the order is released. We encourage you to collect your order in person at our headquarters, as our advisors will help you choose the right product and provide a free presentation and training. Our company is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
