TRANSMAT 27.45 DCBP – TURBOSOL pneumatic feeder

A high-performance mixer for pumping screeds, mortars and concrete, equipped with a liquid-cooled 4-cylinder Perkins engine, reduces operating costs and ensures lower fuel consumption. Innovative solutions ensure high working comfort and make the machine easy to service. The DCBP version has a built-in compressor, hydraulic basket and hydraulic scraper.

Applications:

• semi-dry floor screeds
• insulating screeds based on clay, polystyrene, perlite, vermiculite
• all types of aggregate, i.e. sand, gravel, etc.
• Concrete for grain size max. 30 mm.

Technical advantages:

• automatic pumping cycle – the diesel engine idles at the end of each cycle, which reduces fuel consumption and engine wear while maintaining the smoothness of the mixture
• tank safety grid, which prevents the mixer from starting when raised and, similarly, switches off the mixer when raised.
