50 mesh finger filter for WAGNER AC GM - white

50 mesh finger filter (white) for WAGNER 4000 series spray guns: 4500AC, GM4700, etc. Replacement for WAGNER filter 2315726. 

Filter selection according to nozzle size:

• 0.007"-0.009" 200 mesh filter (red)
• 0.009''- 0.011 150 mesh filter (blue)
• 0.011"-0.015" 100 mesh filter (yellow)
• 0.015" - 0.019" 50 mesh filter (white)

The use of filters prevents dirt or debris from entering the spray system. They minimise the possibility of nozzle clogging and optimise the quality of the finish. The size of the filter is determined by its mesh number. The denser the mesh, the more filtered the material will be. It is recommended to use smaller filters (100, 150, 200 mesh) for lower viscosity materials (varnish, primer, stain, undercoat), and larger filters (50 mesh) for thicker materials such as anti-corrosive paints.
